MY OWN TOWN HOUSE IN TORROX PUEBLO
For years I dreamed of having a small house in the south of Europe, to frequently be able to enjoy the sun and a different culture. By chance I saw that former colleagues Marita and Jan started Second Home Andalusia, a real estate business in the Axarquía. I contacted them and now I am the happy owner of a Town house in Torrox Pueblo!
Our dream home on the edge of Sierra Tejeda
In 2019, when the time was ripe we started thinking of living in our beloved Spain so we decided to look for someone who could assist us in avoiding the pitfalls and keeping away from all the tall tales. Our online search brought us to the website of Second Home Andalusia and after completing the wish list we had not pressed the send button yet when Jan called us. From that point we knew that this was the right property finder for us. We had a very nice conversation and all our questions were answered clearly.
So happy with Casa Gusta La Vista in Riogordo
After spending our holidays in Andalusia for several years we absolutely fell in love with the Axarquia area and decided we wanted to go there more often.
Coincidentally we found Second Home Andalusia on the internet and after a well-coordinated search and buying process, we are now the proud owners of Casa Gusta La Vista in Riogordo.
Our new home in a nice urbanization in La Viñuela
After travelling around for 2 years with our campervan through the whole of Spain we chose eventually the area of Lake Viñuela as the place we wanted to live after our retirement. Only 2,5 weeks later we signed the papers and received the keys to Casa Kukis, our new home, but Second Home Andalusia do not stop there.
From THE Netherlands to B&B in ANDALUSIA
For us, moving abroad was always beyond any doubt, but one of the biggest questions to answer was where to go to. Finally, after some deliberation, we decided to go to the Axarquia region in Andalusia. With the help of Second Home Andalusia we started Cortijo La Zapatera, our beautiful Bed & Breakfast.

Our own holiday home in a white village
My wife and I have been visiting Sedella and the Axarquia since 2001 and our first visit we had been harboring the dream of owning our own property here. In early 2016 our long-held dream became a reality, without any worries, and that is entirely down to the team at Second Home Andalusia!
The house with a wonderful view
We were lucky enough to meet Marita of Second Home Andalusia last year when we rented a holiday property at Sedella. We fell in love with the Axarquia area and decided to rent a place for a couple of months over winter with a view to buying our own home here.
